Utilize the fine precision of stereolithography technology to build your 3D designs with the Nobel 1.0 3D Printer from XYZprinting. Different to FDM printers that extrude filament to build prints, stereolithography uses a UV laser to trace designs in liquid photopolymer resin, curing and solidifying it layer by layer until a three-dimensional object emerges.
The Nobel printer can print objects up to 5 x 5 x 7.9″ and can achieve print precision up to 25 microns along the Z axis, and 300 microns along the x/y axis. The Nobel is a standalone printer that requires no software to operate. Simply insert a USB stick with your design in .stl or .3w format and choose settings on the 2.6″ display screen. You can also send files to the printer by attaching a USB cable from your computer to the Nobel printer.
The Nobel’s UV Laser 405nm Class 1 certification means it is safe for home use. The all-enclosed design protects users from ultraviolet rays during printing and ensures that printing byproducts aren’t released outside the printing area.
One bottle of resin is included with the Nobel printer, so you can start printing right away.
