This makes it suitable for use in medical, financial, government, and other facilities that require data security.
ViewSonic’s VG2448-PF also features a native resolution of 1920 x 1080, In-Plane Switching (IPS) technology, support for 16.7 million colors (6-bit + FRC), a widescreen 16:9 aspect ratio, an anti-glare panel with a 3H hardness rating, a static contrast ratio of 1000:1, a dynamic contrast ratio of 50,000,000:1, 250 cd/m2 brightness, 92 ppi, a backlight lifespan of 30,000 hours, and a 14 ms (GtG) response time, which can be boosted to 5 ms (GtG) in overdrive. While the vertical viewing angle is 178°, the privacy filter reduces the horizontal viewing angle to 60°.
