The USB 3.0 Type-C 4K Dual Video Docking Station from SIIG is an advanced external docking station that connects to your host Windows or Mac system using a USB 3.0 Type-C port. It provides six USB 3.0 Type-A ports, two DisplayPort 1.2 outputs, two HDMI 2.0 outputs, a Gigabit Ethernet port, a 3.5mm line output, and a 3.5mm mic input.
A maximum of two external displays are supported at Ultra HD resolutions of 3840 x 2160 @ 60 Hz using both DisplayPort outputs, both HDMI outputs, or one HDMI output and one DisplayPort output. It is also possible to support a single 5K (5120 x 2880 @ 60 Hz) display, provided both DisplayPort outputs are connected to the display.
Please note that the USB Type-C port cannot be used for device charging. Also, please update to macOS 10.14.2 to avoid display issues. Lastly, video playback is not supported via iTunes and HDCP content cannot be played back within Safari.
