The Retractasafe 250 4-Dial Retractable Cable Lock from Pacsafe is a multiple-dial combination lock that closes with a flexible, variable-length high-tensile stainless-steel wire. That wire is designed to resist cutting and deter theft while you transport your bags and luggage through airport terminals, bus terminals, or other crowded locations where you may have to momentarily divert your attention from your belongings.
Using its built-in retractor mechanism to create or reduce slack, this cable lock can be wrapped tightly around a bag before being secured to a fixture such as a pole, or an immovable bench. Multiple bags can also be connected to each other and then to a stationary object, or they may be simply bundled to make them more difficult to be easily walked away with.
This retractable cable lock is also useful for enhancing security while transporting camera equipment as well as sporting equipment such as bicycles and skis.
The combination for the lock can be set and changed by its owner, while the wire can wrap around a circumference of up to 35.4″.
