Included PowerChute Network Shutdown management software helps to provide unattended, yet proper shutdowns of network operating systems, and also included are rack-mounting support rails and a USB cable. Support is provided by a limited 2-year repair or replace warranty and a limited lifetime $150,000 equipment protection policy.
